1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. Each award and plaque is uniquely crafted to your specifications, making it difficult to resell or reuse. Therefore, all sales of custom items are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assess the issue. If the damage or defect is due to our error or a manufacturing fault, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair: We may offer to repair the damaged or defective item.
- Replacement: We may offer to replace the damaged or defective item with an identical product.
- Refund: If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a full or partial refund for the item.
3. Errors in Customization
We take great care to ensure that your custom awards and plaques are created according to your specifications. However, if we make an error in the customization (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if the error is on our part, we will offer to remake the item at no additional cost.
4. Proof Approval
For all custom orders, we provide a proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for any errors or omissions. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof. Changes cannot be made after proof approval.
5. Return Process
If a return is authorized due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or after we have confirmed that a refund is warranted. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, unless the customization process has already begun. Once the customization process has started, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
